Description
- You take full ownership of the development and overall performance of the Swiss business, while identifying targeted opportunities in selected neighboring markets.
- You drive sustainable growth across Retail, Foodservice, Wholesale, Catering and Industrial channels, with a strong strategic focus on developing and securing national key accounts.
- You develop new commercial partnerships, lead high-level negotiations and ensure the acquisition of high-potential customers.
- You define and execute the commercial strategy, business plans and budgets, ensuring the achievement of revenue, volume and margin objectives.
- You manage national tenders and coordinate product launches in close collaboration with marketing, production and procurement teams.
- You oversee demand planning, analyze performance, competition and market trends, and identify levers for sustainable growth.
- You work closely with executive management and international teams, actively contributing to commercial excellence initiatives and cross-functional projects.
Profile
- You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in retail business development and managing strategic key accounts in Switzerland.
- You demonstrate strong expertise in Key Account Management, tender management, and the acquisition of high value-added new customers.
- You are fluent in German (C1) and English (C1); French is a strong asset.
- You demonstrate a strong entrepreneurial mindset, a high level of autonomy, and a clear results-driven approach.
- You thrive in demanding, fast-growing environments where initiative and accountability are valued.
- You are recognized for your strong interpersonal skills, hands-on approach, and high-level negotiation capabilities.
- You are keen to develop within an international, dynamic, and human-sized environment offering close proximity to management.
