On behalf of our client, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an
Automotive Mechatronics Technician NF with Option for Customer Service / Workshop Management 80-100% (a).
Responsibilities / Main Tasks
- Demanding service and repair work on commercial vehicles
- Finding faults, providing solutions, getting vehicles back on the road quickly
- Receiving vehicles and explaining technical issues to customers in an understandable way
- Planning orders, helping to shape workshop processes together with the chief mechanic
- Gradual assumption of tasks in customer service - with development towards a management role
Qualifications / Requirements
- Completed training as an automotive mechatronics technician EFZ commercial vehicles, automotive specialist EFZ (a)
- Several years of experience in the workshop, ideally with commercial vehicles
- Enjoyment of technology, responsibility and direct customer contact
- Organisational talent, initiative and team spirit
- Interest in further development and gradual assumption of leadership responsibility
