Integrated Management System Manager

Desired profile

• Higher technical education complemented by a specialisation in quality management, for example TQ3 or equivalent training
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards; knowledge of ISO 14001 is an asset
• Training or experience in project management and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders
• Experience in a similar role, ideally within an industrial environment
• Rigor, analytical mindset, autonomy and ease in monitoring and improving structured processes

• A responsible position within a structured and demanding industrial environment
• A cross-functional role allowing interaction with several departments and direct contribution to continuous improvement

• Develop and manage the Integrated Management System (IMS) to support process efficiency and continuous improvement of company practices
• Ensure control of system documentation and ensure consistent updating of processes, procedures, instructions and associated records
• Define, monitor and analyse performance indicators (KPIs) to support continuous improvement of overall performance
• Plan, prepare and conduct internal IMS audits, then ensure follow-up of findings and associated action plans
• Manage preventive and corrective actions, support changes related to the management system and contribute to its application across different departments
