Company Description
We are looking, for one of our clients, within the Production Department, at the Renens (VD) site, for a:
Production Mechanic (M/F)
Temporary assignment of 12 months at 100%
Job Description
Your activities in 2x8 shifts:
- Read and interpret plans and technical files
- Prepare and adjust machines under the validation of the team leader
- Start production series and ensure all dimensions comply with the plan
- Ensure the conformity of produced parts by self-inspection during production
- Report any deviation or technical incident
- Perform first-level maintenance of equipment
- Collaborate with support functions to ensure smooth production processes
- Propose technical improvements and participate in optimising setup and machining times
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness at the workstation/5S
Profile Sought
Your profile:
- With a technical background, you hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a production mechanic or an equivalent qualification
- You have proven experience in CNC turning on BIGLIA machine tools
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Good communication skills, stress resistance, flexible and versatile
- Serious, conscientious, flexible and versatile
Start date: 01.09.2026 or as soon as possible thereafter
