Logistics Officer

The holder of this position manages daily logistics operations while providing versatile support to the team, with a progressive contribution to stock management activities within the ERP.

Your responsibilities

Operational logistics

• Reception, transfer and physical storage of components and goods
• Distribution and collection of equipment (PPE, documents, gowns, consumables, etc.)
• Provision of consumables on request
• Participation in packaging and shipping activities related to customer deliveries

Support to organisation

• Intervention on urgent or unplanned requests
• Maintaining order in logistics areas
• Participation in various cross-functional actions: relocations, rearrangements, sorting, etc.

Stock management

• Participation in cycle counts
• Entry and monitoring of simple movements in the ERP (entries, exits, transfers, blocks, etc.)
• Preparation and provision of materials for production

Your profile

• Responsive, organised and field-oriented
• Autonomous while able to work in a team
• Curious, willing and able to learn quickly
• Comfortable with IT tools (ERP, basic Excel)
• Training in logistics is a plus (not essential)
• 2 to 5 years’ experience in a logistics or industrial environment
• Good interpersonal skills and communication sense
• Proactive profile capable of adapting to varied and evolving tasks
