Technical Clerk (m/f/d)
Our ROCKEN partner employs over 150 staff at four locations and manages more than 10,000 systems. Their services are characterised by first-class quality and reliability. They take care of the recording and billing of heat, water, and cooling, allowing customers to focus on their most important tasks.
Role:
In this role, you contribute to promoting the economical and effective use of natural resources, thereby saving heating costs and several tonnes of CO2. You take on tasks related to consumption-based recording and billing of electricity, heat, cooling, as well as cold and hot water. You also contribute to smart solutions for greater energy efficiency in buildings. As a clerk, you apply your professionalism to work precisely and reliably. Through your commitment, you support the continuous improvement of energy efficiency in the real estate sector.
Responsibilities:
- You create detailed measurement concepts
- In this role, you develop billing concepts
- As a clerk, you set up new systems in the billing system
- You prepare energy and water cost statements (VEWA)
- In this role, you prepare electricity bills with PV systems (ZEV, self-consumption)
- As a clerk, you conduct on-site inspections and meetings as needed
Qualifications:
You have completed a technical education (preferably in the HVAC sector) with commercial experience or a completed commercial education with a flair for numbers and technology
You ideally have some initial office experience
You are proficient with Office programmes and willing to learn new systems
You speak German as your mother tongue; oral French skills are an advantage
You work carefully, precisely, and in a structured manner
You present yourself well, are customer-oriented, and demonstrate excellent manners
