Sommelier 100% (m/f/d)

Your daily work

• Ensuring flawless wine service in all F&B areas
• Wine consultation as well as active wine and spirits sales
• Preparation of the annual wine offer and conducting sales talks
• Calculation of wine sales prices
• Conducting annual meetings with wine suppliers
• Participation in awards/ratings such as Wine Spectator, Gault Millau and ASSP
• Carrying out wine orders as well as stock and goods management

What we wish from you

• Sound wine knowledge and corresponding wine training (e.g. WSET, Sommelier diploma or similar)
• Completed training in hospitality or corresponding professional experience
• Structured, independent and organised personality
• First leadership experience is an advantage
• Enjoyment in communicating in various languages
