Established family in the Lake Geneva region is seeking an experienced versatile employee for the maintenance of several private residences. The position requires genuine manual skills and a strong attention to detail. Only complete applications meeting all the criteria below will be considered.

Your responsibilities
Small renovation tasks with a requirement for neat finishing
Garden maintenance (mowing, pruning, planting, watering)
Furniture assembly, various repairs and routine maintenance (painting, various DIY tasks)
Tidying, cleaning, handling and occasional logistical support
Simple coordination with craftsmen and travel between residences

Your profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in painting (walls, woodwork, touch-ups), required
Proven experience in garden maintenance, required
Meticulous handyman, committed to well-finished work
Calm and discreet temperament, service-oriented, ability to follow precise instructions
Residence between Lausanne and Nyon
Valid Swiss driving licence essential
Valid work permit in Switzerland
