Responsible for Technical Vocational Training (a)

We are looking for the following for our client:

Responsible for Vocational Training in Mechanics (a)

Your tasks:

• Overall responsibility and professional management of the internal training workshop
• Knowledge transfer in basic and specialised training (manual, conventional and CNC manufacturing) as well as supervision of course modules
• Organisation and support of intermediate and final examinations
• Responsibility for the financial budget of the training department
• Close cooperation and ongoing coordination with adjacent departments
• Selection of new apprentices as well as organisation of taster days and other junior events
  
  
  

• Successfully completed basic training in the mechanical field or an equivalent qualification
• Completed pedagogical further training (course management) or the motivation to complete this promptly
• Solid practical experience in training young people, preferably in the industrial mechanical engineering environment
• Enjoyment of teaching as well as pronounced didactic and social skills
• Proven experience in team leadership
• Solution-oriented working method and entrepreneurial action
• Strong team spirit, empathy and a high degree of patience
