The Security/Facility Management department covers the areas of store surveillance, theft prevention, technical maintenance, building maintenance, store and work safety, as well as health protection for the specialised centre as a whole.

Your main tasks:

Within a small team, your tasks will primarily focus on concierge services.

• You control and adjust technical installations, including burglar and fire alarm systems.
• You ensure building maintenance, arrange repairs and ensure regular upkeep.
• You share responsibility and cooperate in the areas of occupational safety and the safety of employees, customers and third parties, as well as theft prevention (store inspector).
• You ensure the opening and closing of the specialised centre in collaboration with management and take necessary measures quickly and safely in emergencies (first aid, evacuation, power failure, etc.).
• Your area of activity will be complemented by car park management, including organising traffic assistants, as well as various minor tasks.

Your profile:

• You have completed a technical or commercial apprenticeship and have several years of experience in concierge services (including administration).
• You enjoy working in a small team that supports each other in all tasks and are interested in new and varied activities.
• You do not mind flexible working hours and working on Saturdays.
• You are characterised by a high level of commitment and independence, a strong sense of responsibility, and remain calm in stressful situations.
• Teamwork, punctuality and friendliness are important to you, and you bring sensitivity and skills to resolve problematic situations.
• Preferably, you have a sense of security and good knowledge of MS Office.
