What you achieve

• You are responsible for ICT Service Management and manage our external ICT partner.
• Together with our partners, you ensure stable, high-quality, and continuous service delivery.
• You continuously develop our ICT architecture, services, and processes and bring in new ideas.
• You lead ICT projects and accompany changes from conception to successful implementation.
• You are the central contact person for business and IT on ICT matters.
• You actively contribute to building and further developing a modern, future-oriented ICT organisation.

What you bring

• A positive and implementation-oriented mindset, and enjoyment in taking responsibility to help shape the development of a new organisation. An independent, cooperative, solution-oriented, and responsible working style. Strong holistic thinking and enjoyment in collaborating across IT system boundaries.
• Several years of experience in ICT Service Management and Provider Management.
• Knowledge of modern ICT architectures and cloud technologies.
• Experience in leading ICT projects.
• Enjoyment in actively shaping a modern ICT organisation.
• Knowledge of occupational pension provision is desirable.
