Electronics Customer Support (m/f/d)

For our client, we are looking for a technically skilled electronics technician (m/f/d) with a strong customer focus and enthusiasm for analysing technical issues. In this versatile role, you will support international sales teams with technical enquiries, analyse products, and actively contribute to quality assurance as well as the continuous improvement of service processes.

Your Responsibilities

• Support international sales units with technical questions and customer concerns
• Conduct thorough product analyses and systematic fault investigations
• Document analysis results and technical findings
• Work closely with product management, production, and sales
• Ensure efficient communication and sustainable problem-solving
• Contribute to quality assurance and optimisation of service processes
• Actively contribute to long-term customer satisfaction

Your Profile

• Completed training as an Electronics Technician EFZ or Mechatronics Technician EFZ
• Further education at HF level in measurement technology or electrical engineering is an advantage
• Solid knowledge in measurement technology and experience in technical product support
• Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented, structured, and independent working style
• Good MS Office skills
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
