To complement our team in Burgdorf, we are looking from 01.10.2026 for a coach for our integration programmes at 80%.
Your Responsibilities
- Conducting and leading integration courses
- Offering German lessons for mixed-level groups at various locations
- Ensuring correct data entry / case documentation in the appropriate filing/database
- Collaborating with teachers, job coaches, administration, labour market integration, work psychologists and social counselling on cross-cutting issues such as course participation
- Actively participating in meetings and working groups with internal and external partners
- Handling all administrative tasks related to the role
- Supporting asylum seekers in accordance with applicable guidelines and regulations: mycode, regulations, ORS values
- Taking on further responsibilities as directed by the supervisor
Your Profile
- Experience in the field and/or further training in adult education (for example adult educator, SVEB, CAS language promotion for adults, etc.) is an advantage
- Experience in designing and delivering German and general education lessons, ideally in an integration context
- Excellent communication and intercultural skills
- Confident handling of administrative tasks and MS Office applications
- Impeccable character (extract from debt enforcement and criminal records)
