Polymechanic Milling Centre 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Machine operation on 5-axis machining centre with pallet storage in medium and large part machining in multi-shift operation

• Setting up new parts, as well as optimising NC programmes and clamping devices

• Processing repeat orders according to work programme, adhering to deadlines

• Creating documentation (clamping plans, work instructions, etc.)

• Independent machine maintenance according to specifications

• Optimal resource utilisation / optimisation of workflows and processes

• Compliance with quality requirements according to standards as well as valid inspection and work instructions

• Ensuring productivity targets

• Recording feedback in the ERP system

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ

• Solid professional experience in 5-axis milling with Siemens control

• Many years of professional experience in large part machining is an advantage, or willingness to develop further in this area

• High professional competence and pronounced interconnected thinking

• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system

• Team-oriented personality with high social competence

• Strong communication skills
