Role:
In this role, you will design a modern, digital working environment where AI solutions make everyday work more efficient, intuitive, and collaborative. You take responsibility for the conception, implementation, and optimisation of digital workplace solutions – from analysing requirements to productive deployment. You identify and evaluate suitable AI technologies, integrate them into existing systems, and ensure a seamless user experience. You work closely with various stakeholders, translate business needs into technical solutions, and thus drive the digital transformation of the working world forward. Additionally, you ensure that security, data protection, and compliance are guaranteed at all times for all digital and AI-based services.
Responsibilities:
You administer and operate client management systems such as Intune, Endpoint Manager, or SCCM and ensure stable client operation
Analyse incidents in 2nd/3rd level support and participate in incident, change, and problem management
Together with other IT teams, you develop the workplace environment further
You manage the Microsoft Copilot community, create use cases, and support employees in usage
Maintain documentation and participate in the on-call/standby service
Qualifications:
Completed training in computer science (EFZ/HF) with experience in client management
Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and endpoint management
Enthusiasm for Microsoft Copilot, AI, and modern IT technologies
Fluent written and spoken German
