Your Tasks:

Your Tasks:

• Receiving and processing customer orders
• Telephone customer support and advice, including product and delivery date information
• Preparation of order confirmations, delivery notes, invoices
• Conducting sales conversations by phone
• Ongoing product and master data maintenance in the ERP system
• Issuing and following up on quotations
• Order processing and administrative tasks
• Creation of electronic newsletters, brochures and placement of content on social media platforms

Qualifications:

Your Profile:

• Commercial or comparable vocational training
• Good knowledge of MS Office, experience with SAP an advantage
• Confident communication in German, English skills an advantage
• Experience in sales and customer contact
• Structured working method with reliability and independence
• Customer focus, drive and innovative spirit
• High team spirit, resilience and flexibility
