About the job

The missions

• Develop the vision and roadmap for intralogistics automation projects.
• Identify opportunities for technological improvement and digitalisation.
• Assess the potential benefits of new technologies and establish the associated business cases.
• Design and manage logistics modernisation projects.
• Define objectives, milestones, budgets, risks and success indicators.
• Coordinate activities between logistics, production, IT, quality, maintenance departments and suppliers during cross-functional projects.
• Supervise study, testing, validation and commissioning phases.
• Ensure achievement of cost, quality, safety and deadline objectives.
• Deploy AGV/AMR solutions for internal transport flows.
• Develop digital tools improving visibility and management of flows.
• Participate in the integration of new robotics and artificial intelligence technologies.
• Map and analyse existing logistics processes.
• Identify non-value-added activities.
• Define and implement productivity and ergonomics improvement solutions.
• Ensure communication around projects.
• Organise necessary training for users.
• Support teams in adopting new technologies.

Profile

• You hold a higher education degree in engineering, logistics, industrial automation or an equivalent qualification.
• You have several years of professional experience in logistics and possess in-depth knowledge of processes.
• A certification in Lean Management or project management such as IPMA/PMP is a considerable advantage.
• You are fluent in French and have good knowledge of English or German.
• You have good skills in creating Power BI reports.
• You stand out through a strong team spirit as well as reliability, sharp communication skills and you work in a focused, organised and structured manner.
• You possess a strong adaptability, are proactive and capable of leading and uniting multidisciplinary teams.
