Role:
An internationally oriented company at the interface of training, prevention and health. Particularly exciting is the combination of health science, customer orientation and a clear quality claim.

Responsibilities:
You are responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER and OR and ensure reliable and timely financial reporting.
You prepare forecasts, budgets and variance analyses and provide well-founded decision-making bases for management.
You further develop existing controlling and reporting structures and use modern BI solutions as well as Excel for this purpose.
When introducing and supporting international financial processes in the DACH region, you contribute your expertise and support the harmonisation of procedures.
You manage the ERP system Navision, work closely with accounting and management and coordinate with external partners such as auditors and tax consultants.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial education with further training in finance and accounting.
You bring several years of experience in accounting and controlling, ideally in an SME or international environment.
Swiss GAAP FER, OR, Excel and modern BI applications are part of your professional toolkit.
You are interested in cross-border financial structures and reporting processes and communicate fluently in German.
