What to expect
You take on a central role in the production of our financial publications. You coordinate content, manage deadlines, reviews, translations, typesetting and publication. In doing so, you work closely with specialist departments, management and external service providers. In addition to operational management, you contribute suggestions on how we can make our processes simpler, more transparent and more efficient.
Your impact with us
Your work ensures that our annual report and other publications are published on time, professionally and with high quality. You provide orientation in complex processes and keep threads together. In addition, you make an important contribution to efficient and reliable publication processes.
What you bring
- Several years of professional experience in corporate or financial communication as well as in process management
- Completed training or further education in communication, business administration or a comparable field
- Enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration as well as managing, optimising and further developing processes
- Strong interconnected thinking, high quality awareness and efficient working methods as well as a professional and engaging manner with different stakeholders
- Structured, independent and reliable working style with the ability to keep an overview even in a dynamic environment and under time pressure
- Very good user knowledge of Microsoft 365 as well as experience with digital publication tools
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good French skills
