Senior Physician / Consultant Hand Surgery (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Independent execution and leadership of complex hand surgical procedures as well as plastic surgical operations
- Preoperative diagnostics, planning and aftercare as well as patient care on the ward
- Conducting and leading hand surgery consultations as well as advising and informing patients about treatment options and expectations
- Co-designing and optimising standards and protocols to ensure high treatment quality and patient safety
- You will run your own consultation and care for outpatient and inpatient patients
- You will participate in on-call duties
Qualifications:
- Completed specialist training in hand surgery and plastic surgery
- Several years of professional experience in hand surgery
- Experience in leading and supervising a medical team
- Commitment to continuous further education and willingness to collaborate interdisciplinarily
- Very good German skills, at least C1
