Care and management of emergencies as well as leading the resuscitation room in the largest emergency and HSM trauma centre in Eastern Switzerland with a broad internal medicine/surgical spectrum and all specialist disciplines in-house
Performing highly specialised emergency medical interventions such as NIV/HFNC, analgesic sedation, chest drains, placement of invasive blood pressure monitoring and arterial catheters
Training and support of our experienced senior physicians in all areas of emergency medicine
Structured teaching and mentoring activities for senior physicians in training for the ISP Clinical Emergency Medicine SGNOR
Very varied activity in an exceptionally broad emergency medical spectrum

Specialist medical title with interdisciplinary focus title Clinical Emergency Medicine SGNOR
Several years of experience as a senior physician in interdisciplinary emergency medicine
Experience in instructor activities (sonography, ACLS, ATLS, simulation) as well as a tutor/supervisor status SGUM is an advantage
Team-oriented, responsible and resilient personality with motivation to collaborate in the interdisciplinary team

Recognised, strengthened emergency medicine with a lot of competence and responsibility since the realignment in 2025 as well as participation in the further development to NFZ 2.0
Collegial cooperation in a team of 15 emergency physicians in a city with charm, culture and high quality of life
Wide range of professional and personal training and continuing education opportunities
If interested and suitable - management of the emergency practice embedded in the emergency centre as well as conducting and leading research projects
