About the job

We are looking for two

ARCHITECTS

to complete our team for ongoing projects, notably the renovation of old and/or heritage public buildings.

Versatile Architect

mission :

• management of organisation, planning and monitoring of pre-execution and execution phases
• technical coordination of plans
• development of construction details
• validation of company plans
• site visits and monitoring of proper execution as architectural management

profile:

• holder of an EPF, HES or equivalent architecture degree
• minimum 3 years experience in Switzerland
• sense of organisation, priorities and responsibilities
• good knowledge of standards (SIA, Geneva law, etc.) and construction techniques
• proficiency in computer-aided drawing (Autocad)
• architectural sensitivity and rigour

Construction Management Architect

mission:

• ensure site supervision for the project of a listed building, from planning to completion of works

profile:

• holder of an EPF, HES or equivalent architecture degree
• minimum 3 years experience in Switzerland
• versatility and autonomy
• good knowledge of standards (SIA, Geneva law, etc.) and construction techniques
• technical, administrative and financial management of a project
• proficiency in computer-aided drawing (Autocad) would be a plus
