Your role:

• As a Business Analyst Salesforce CRM, you analyse and prioritise business requirements and accompany their implementation through to successful introduction
• Together with stakeholders from business departments and IT, you optimise processes and develop sustainable Salesforce solutions with clear business value
• You create business concepts, use cases, user stories and prototypes as a basis for technical implementation
• You plan and accompany tests, ensure business quality and support the successful acceptance of new solutions
• With training and targeted enablement measures, you promote user acceptance and the sustainable use of Salesforce

Your education and experience:

• 3-5 years of practical experience in the role of Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Project Manager

in a consulting environment or within a company

• University or university of applied sciences degree in business, business administration, (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
• Experience with CRM systems in the banking environment or financial sectors is an advantage
• Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst) desired - others are an advantage
• Good German skills (native / C1)
