Caretaker (m/f/d) 100%

We are looking for a committed and reliable individual as a caretaker (m/f/d) 100% for our client in Zurich Oerlikon.

Your Tasks

• Carrying out repairs and manual work

• Monitoring and operating technical systems

• Cleaning and maintenance of buildings and facilities

• Support with moves, events and special tasks

• Regular contact with employees, suppliers and craftsmen

• Professional experience in caretaking is an advantage

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form (mandatory)

• Solid knowledge in handling PCs and system connections

• Manual dexterity and technical understanding

• Independent, reliable and flexible working style

• Willingness to work early and late shifts

• Work every second Saturday (alternating in the team)

• Monday to Friday (100%)

• Additionally every second Saturday, rotating with colleagues

• Early and late shifts according to the deployment plan
