Responsibilities:
- You ensure that software and hardware in the client area run stably and smoothly.
- In this role, you take on 1st and 2nd level support from simple inquiries to complex faults.
- You systematically analyse causes of errors and resolve faults sustainably.
- In this role, you actively participate in IT projects and contribute practical improvement ideas.
- You communicate clearly with internal users and external service providers.
- As an IT user service specialist, you maintain documentation in a structured and comprehensible manner.
Qualifications:
- Completed IT training in system technology, support, administration, or a comparable field
- Solid knowledge of operating systems, common software applications, and hardware components
- Ideally practical experience in helpdesk or technical support
- Very good French language skills, both spoken and written
- Strong service orientation as well as friendly and professional appearance in customer contact
- Resilient and calm working style, even when handling multiple tickets simultaneously
