YOUR TASKS

• Ensuring smooth administrative processes in the radiology department of Hirslanden Clinic Aarau
• Reception, admission and registration of our patients
• Reception, admission and registration of participants in the Clario mammography screening programme on Saturdays
• Coordination of appointments and management of electronic patient records
• Preparation of documents and organisation of document exchange with medical practices and internal wards (electronically)
• Management of the telephone switchboard with all associated tasks
• Responsibility for electronic data archiving

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) or further training as a Medical Secretary
• Returnees, especially radiology specialists (RFP) interested in administrative tasks, are warmly welcome
• At least 2–3 years of professional experience in a practice or hospital; experience in radiology is desirable
• Willingness to work Monday to Saturday between 06:45 and 18:30; Saturday is a fixed working day, further shifts as required according to scheduling
• Interest and enjoyment in working with various IT systems (e.g. Nexus, Synedra, H-Net, Outlook)
• Confident use of MS Office; knowledge of SAP and Nexus is desirable but not essential
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written; additional language skills are an advantage
• Friendly and service-oriented demeanour
• High flexibility, reliability and discretion
