Machine Assembler 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Independent assembly of punching machines according to technical plans, material lists and assembly guidelines

• Execution of comprehensive overhauls and repairs of punching machines

• Responsibility for the punching machine throughout the entire assembly process until ready for dispatch

• Execution and documentation of intermediate checks and quality inspections during the assembly process

• ? Setting up, running in and completing the assembled punching machines

• Identifying and correcting assembly deviations as well as conscientious coordination with the relevant specialist departments

• Ensuring first-class assembly quality, functionality and accuracy

• Expert preparation and ready-for-shipment provision of the fully assembled punching machines

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ, specialising in assembly, mechanic or machine assembler

• Several years of professional experience in assembling machines and systems, preferably in mechanical engineering

• Good knowledge in reading and implementing technical drawings, parts lists and assembly documents

• High sense of responsibility and pronounced quality and safety awareness

• Team-oriented, flexible and resilient personality

• ? Enjoyment in precisely assembling, setting up and accompanying technically complex machines until ready for use
