Operational Buyer 80-100% (m/f/d)
Our client is an established Swiss company in the field of health and wellbeing. With a high standard of quality and a versatile product range, the company values reliable processes and continuous development.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for procurement planning and disposition of all assigned product groups.
Analysis of market offers as well as negotiation of prices and contractual terms.
Ensuring sufficient material stocks taking production requirements into account.
Support of existing business partners and development of additional procurement sources.
Control of ongoing orders and coordination of international goods deliveries.
Management of ERP master data, purchasing documents and product-related records.
Review of technical specifications, quality certificates and supplier certifications.
Support in product development, material testing and cross-departmental purchasing projects.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship EFZ or a comparable professional qualification.
Several years of professional experience in operational purchasing or material disposition.
Knowledge of international goods procurement and supplier management.
Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
Understanding of quality requirements and documentation obligations for regulated products.
Confident negotiation skills as well as a structured and independent working style.
Residence in the surrounding area, strong cost awareness and good communication skills.
Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form.
