Responsibilities
- Professional advice and service of guests at the bar
- Preparation of drinks of all kinds, especially cocktails and mixed drinks
- Active sales including upselling and recommendation of current specials
- Information about the offer and advice on allergens
- Correct cash handling and billing
- Compliance with and implementation of all hygiene regulations (HACCP)
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a bartender or in gastronomy
- Friendly, well-groomed, and service-oriented appearance
- Affinity for system gastronomy and enjoyment of structured processes
- Resilience and calmness even during busy guest periods
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Good knowledge of German, additional languages are an advantage
