For our Food Consulting team, we are looking for an enthusiastic personality with a strong interest in food trends, cooking and culinary arts. In your role, you will support and accompany the development of food products for Coop from the idea to the shelf and the recipe development for Coop restaurants.

Tasks
- Supporting the Food Consultants in all tasks of culinary product and recipe development as well as consulting
- Conducting tastings and sensory evaluation of food product and recipe samples
- Writing tasting reports and culinary requirement profiles as well as recipes
- Creating and testing preparation instructions
- Detecting and monitoring food trends
Requirements
- Basic culinary training (chef and/or degree in food technology) as well as further training and/or professional experience in the culinary field
- Passion for the diverse world of culinary arts, food & lifestyle trends, zeitgeist, innovation and their developments
- Strong service and consulting affinity
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good MS Office skills
