You are responsible for BSI CX, BSI CRM and other business applications throughout the entire application lifecycle – from operation and further development to releases, changes and replacement.
You analyse and prioritise business requirements, develop actionable solutions from them and coordinate collaboration between business, IT, software partners and stakeholders.
You analyse and resolve application-related disruptions and ensure reliable operation.
You create test concepts, define test cases, conduct tests and maintain operational, user and other documentation.
You participate in projects and change initiatives, accompany the introduction of new functionalities and ensure sustainable knowledge transfer.
Qualifications:
Higher education in business informatics, computer science, business administration or a comparable qualification.
Several years of professional experience in application management, business analysis, requirements engineering or business application management, ideally in the financial or banking environment.
Sound knowledge of BSI CX and BSI CRM as well as a strong understanding of business processes and business applications; Finnova knowledge is an advantage.
Analytical and solution-oriented working style, high quality and responsibility awareness as well as experience in stakeholder and partner management.
Fluent written and spoken German; good English skills are an advantage.
