CreditX is a fintech specialised in pension provision, combining personalised advice and digital tools. We support our clients in understanding their situation and implementing solutions tailored to their needs regarding disability, death, and retirement.

We are looking for a Junior Relationship Manager eager to learn the profession, develop a portfolio of private clients, and contribute to CreditX’s growth.


THE POSITION IN BRIEF

• Location: Sion, on site.
• Work rate: 100%.
• Salary: CHF 100,000 gross fixed annual salary, independent of your commercial production.
• Bonus: based on results, according to pre-defined objectives and a scale.
• Training: programme preparing for the AFA qualification and on-the-job support.
• Profile: experience in sales or client relations; career changers welcome.


YOUR ROLE

You develop your client base and build trustful, long-term relationships. As you progress through your training and obtain qualifications, you gradually take charge of needs analysis, advice, and case management.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop your portfolio through active prospecting, your network, and client recommendations.
• Understand each client’s personal, professional, and financial situation.
• Identify pension provision needs and present suitable solutions.
• Support clients in their procedures and ensure rigorous follow-up.
• Reassess needs when situations change.
• Contribute to improving the client experience and CreditX tools.

Acquiring new clients is a key aspect of the role. Contacts generated by CreditX may also be assigned to support your commercial development.


YOUR TRAINING

Do you want to move into pension provision without prior experience in this field? We support you in learning the profession.

You follow a programme preparing for the AFA qualification and benefit from close supervision: knowledge acquisition, interview preparation, and on-the-job support.

You progressively develop the technical and interpersonal skills necessary to work autonomously, rigorously, and professionally.


YOUR PROFILE

• Initial experience in sales, business development, or client relations.
• A strong interest in pension provision and financial services.
• A liking for prospecting and the ability to develop a network.
• Initiative, a sense of responsibility, and good organisation.
• Comfort with digital tools.
• The motivation to follow demanding training and acquire new expertise.

Experience in insurance is an asset but not essential. The position is open to career changers.
