Do you want to respond to customer requests in line with their expectations, in an empathetic and competent manner? Then our position within the Customer Service Centre is made for you! In our centres in German-speaking, French-speaking and Italian-speaking Switzerland, we respond efficiently and personally to the various requests of our customers and service providers.
Available Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and the business card of CSS. You will provide our customers with information on various topics (premiums, policies, payment traffic, contractual changes, etc.) and support our agency network in customer follow-up.

Your mission
- Respond to customer requests via telephone and written channels
- Provide competent information on all matters concerning health insurance
- Advise and assist our customers with their requests, ensuring to delight them
- Identify sales and loyalty opportunities to pass on to our agencies
What you bring
- With a commercial education, you have initial experience within a health insurance company and/or a Customer Service Centre
- Thanks to your oral expression and writing skills in French and/or German/Italian (English is an asset), you contribute to a quality-oriented customer service
- Customer and solution-oriented, you possess good adaptability
- Available during opening hours according to our customers’ needs
- Proficient in the use of common IT tools
- Quick-witted, able to work in a team and stress-resistant
