Your Tasks:
- Administrative and organisational support of property management
- Management of rental, commercial and condominium properties
- Telephone and written support for tenants, owners, interested parties and external partners
- Creation and processing of rental contracts, contract amendments, terminations and addenda
- Organisation and coordination of apartment inspections and handovers
- Receipt and processing of damage reports and tenant concerns
- Issuing and monitoring of repair and maintenance orders
- Coordination of tradespeople, caretakers and other service providers
- Rental of residential and commercial properties
- Creation and publication of property advertisements
- Processing rental applicants and reviewing application documents
- Organisation and execution or coordination of viewings
- Support with rent adjustments and general contract changes
- Preparation of owners' meetings and support with their follow-up
- Maintenance of property, tenant and owner data in the management system
- Close cooperation with property accounting and other internal departments
- Completed commercial basic training
- Professional experience in property management or a comparable role
- Further training in the real estate sector is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Swiss tenancy law is desirable
- Confident use of MS Office
- Experience with property management software is an advantage
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
- Strong service and customer orientation
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
- Organisational talent and ability to maintain an overview even under high workload
- Communicative, resilient and team-oriented personality
- Enjoyment in contact with diverse stakeholders
- Driving licence category B
