Accounting & HR Specialist (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You manage financial and asset accounting and assist with closing tasks
You handle creditors, cash, incoming payments, account reconciliations and payment runs
You are responsible for personnel administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle
You support payroll processing and take on relevant interface postings
You advise managers and employees on personnel-related issues
Qualifications:
Commercial training with further education in accounting and/or HR
Several years of generalist professional experience in finance and human resources
Good knowledge of financial accounting and balance sheet preparation
Strong affinity for numbers, processes and systems
Very good German skills as well as a structured and independent working style
