THE OPERATING THEATRE OF EHNV AT THE ST-LOUP SITE IS LOOKING FOR

MAIN ACTIVITIES

• Managerial management of the operating theatre teams: instrument technicians and operating room assistants
• Operational management of surgical activity and outsourcing of medical device reprocessing

REQUIRED SKILLS – REQUIREMENTS

• HES nursing diploma with specialisation in the surgical field or TSO diploma recognised by the Swiss Red Cross
• Proximity Management certificate would be an asset
• Level 1 and 2 sterilisation is an asset
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the surgical field
• Operational management of outsourcing the reprocessing of medical devices
• Excellent knowledge of orthopaedic surgery
• Innovative spirit and good operational vision of the daily activity of a surgical programme
• Adaptability, autonomy
• Leadership and communication skills
• Demonstrate team spirit and availability to particularly promote interdisciplinary collaboration
• Activity from Monday to Friday
