Legal Officer

About the job

To strengthen its legal and HR division, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Canton of Fribourg (CCIF) is looking for a legal officer. Their mission will be to provide legal information to CCIF member companies, conduct training sessions, and participate in the drafting of legal articles and fact sheets. This person will also assist their CCIF colleagues with legal aspects related to their activities.

What is the desired profile?

• Complete training in Swiss law (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a Swiss university), possibly with a lawyer’s certificate (not mandatory)
• Strong interest in labour law and social insurance, with experience in these areas if possible
• Reliability, pragmatism, organisational skills and ability to prioritise
• Excellent writing skills and ease in speaking, good interpersonal skills
• Bilingual or native French speaker with very good knowledge of German
