Your Field of Activity
- As a vocational trainer, you carefully accompany our students and share responsibility for the implementation of our educational mandate
- You are responsible for competent and patient-oriented care of the patients, perform duties in direct care in all shifts and support the students in their professional development
- "Embedded in a committed interprofessional team, you make a significant contribution to the entire therapy process of our intensive care patients
- Your workplace is a modern intensive care unit with comprehensive infrastructure optimally tailored to the needs of intensive care medicine
Your Experience
- You are an expert in intensive care NDS HF or have an equivalent specialist training in intensive care, preferably you already have experience in vocational training. A completed further education in adult education SVEB 1 is an advantage or you are willing to attend it
- Your professional competence and enthusiasm to individually promote and challenge young professional colleagues as well as your openness to change distinguish you
- As an innovative personality, you bring a high service and quality awareness as well as great resilience and negotiation skills
- Your social skills, your pronounced communication abilities and your great sense of responsibility complete your profile
