Experienced Business Controller (m/f/d)
Our client is an internationally active Swiss industrial company focusing on highly precise tool clamping and manufacturing solutions. With many years of experience, high development competence, and the latest manufacturing technologies, the company develops and produces innovative products for demanding industrial applications. Role:
In this role, you actively shape the financial management of the company and make a direct contribution to well-founded management decisions. You work closely with executives, bring transparency to complex contexts, and identify opportunities and risks early. You also have the opportunity to further develop controlling instruments and contribute your ideas in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- You take responsibility for budgeting, forecasts, and multi-year planning including updates and scenario analyses
- In this role, you conduct target-actual and variance analyses and identify risks as well as optimisation potentials
- As a controller, you prepare meaningful reports and KPIs for management and specialist departments
- You monitor cost centres and projects and conduct profitability analyses
- In this role, you support the specialist departments as a sparring partner and further develop controlling processes and data quality
Qualifications:
- You have completed a commercial basic education with specialisation and further training in controlling as well as a higher business administration qualification (university, university of applied sciences or equivalent)
- You have very good knowledge of Power BI
- Ideally, you have experience with IFS
- You have a strong affinity for data, digital tools, and AI applications
