TasksNot keen on an ordinary office routine? For this reason, during your commercial basic training at Apleona, you will be involved with property management from day one. With us, you won’t just check numbers and balance sheets, but also gain exciting insights into the world of real estate.
During your 3-year training you will:
- Gain many interesting and instructive insights
- Get to know various departments
- Assist with the rental and handover of apartments
- Handle various customer enquiries
- Commission tradespeople
- Receive a comprehensive insight into real estate accounting

Requirements
- Completion of secondary school level A or B or equivalent school leaving certificate
- Good school grades
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Confident application skills in MS Office are an advantage
- Good manners and a neat appearance
- Reliable, team-oriented and responsible personality with perseverance
