What is my role?

You take on site supervision for sanitary installations at various construction sites and ensure that everything runs smoothly. You coordinate your team on site, plan the workflows, and keep track of schedules and quality. You are the direct contact person for customers, architects, and other trades. You take care of the professional execution of installation work and ensure that all regulations are complied with. Additionally, you handle material disposition and document construction progress.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating, and air conditioning technology or installer

• Several years of professional experience in sanitary installation

• Experience in site supervision or team leadership is an advantage

• Driving licence class B

• Independent and structured way of working

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

• Technical understanding and manual dexterity

• Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations
