What is my role?

As Head of Procurement, you take on the strategic and operational responsibility for the entire purchasing area

• You develop innovative procurement strategies and implement them successfully

• You lead and motivate your team and promote a modern purchasing culture

• You negotiate with suppliers on an equal footing and build long-term partnerships

• You optimise processes, digitalise workflows and drive transformation in purchasing

• You analyse markets, identify trends and secure competitive advantages

• You work closely with other departments and are an important sparring partner for management

What do I need to be successful?

Completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification

• Several years of experience in strategic purchasing, ideally already in a leadership position

• Negotiation skills at C-level and assertiveness

• Affinity for digital tools and process optimisation

• Analytical thinking and strategic foresight

• Communication skills in German and English ?

• Leadership personality with team spirit and hands-on mentality
