Our partner is looking for an HR specialist for projects & digitalisation, who actively shapes HR processes and drives digital transformation. The position offers the opportunity to develop innovative solutions as a central interface between HR, IT and specialist departments and to accompany their implementation. In a motivated team, the successful candidate can expect a varied range of tasks with scope for design at the interface of human resources and digitalisation.
- Interface coordination between HR, IT and other specialist departments
- Support of HR projects from conception to implementation
- Ensuring data quality and harmonisation of reference data
- Conducting system tests and training for users
- Several years of broad experience in the HR field desired
- Interest in digital HR solutions and IT systems
- Networked thinking and strong communication skills necessary
- Very good German and good French skills required
- Collaboration in a motivated, future-oriented HR team with scope for design
- Active participation in the further development of modern HR services and tools
- Central service provider of an established corporate group with over 80 companies
- Modern workplaces and contemporary infrastructure in a convenient location

Profile
- Solid HR training or business management further education required- Several years of broad experience in the HR field desired
