Your field of activity

• You are responsible for the professional supervision of the Clinical Chemistry department and work closely with the BMA management team of Clinical Chemistry and Immunology
• You can expect an SAS-accredited laboratory (ISO 15189:2022) with modern technical equipment and a broad spectrum of analyses
• In this role, you advise the clinical partners of the various LUKS locations as well as other hospitals in Central Switzerland
• You are responsible for the assessment of findings as well as the method/device verifications of clinical chemistry and participate in (research) projects within laboratory medicine

Your experience

• You have a completed degree in medicine or natural sciences with the further qualification "Specialist for Laboratory Medical Analytics FAMH in Clinical Chemistry"
• A networked, confident way of working and an understanding of complex organisations will greatly assist you in carrying out the task
• You are a committed, service-oriented personality with very good communication skills and you appreciate exchange and collaboration with your team
