Team Leader: Performance Controlling and Efficiency Auditing/BVM, 80–100 %
What to expect
- You are responsible for performance controlling with a focus on cost, tariff and efficiency controls.
- Methodical further development of analysis methods for provider-oriented control of service costs.
- You lead a motivated team and continuously develop its professional skills as well as collaboration.
- You independently handle complex cases in day-to-day business in close and straightforward exchange with your own team, experts, Data Analytics, Legal Service or Medical Advisory Service.
- In addition, you support internal and external projects in your specialist area and contribute to the further development of tariff control methods and efficiency audits.
- You bring in your own ideas, actively shape processes and have a wide scope of action in further developing your area of responsibility.
What you bring
- You have a university degree (Uni/FH/HF) in economics, medicine, nursing or a natural science discipline.
- In addition, you have several years of professional experience in healthcare and/or health insurance, ideally in billing, performance auditing or efficiency control.
- You have initial leadership experience or are motivated to take responsibility for a team.
- You are strong in strategic and conceptual thinking and have the ability to develop and sustainably establish new methods and processes.
- Communication skills, negotiation skills and confident demeanour in dealing with internal and external stakeholders complete your profile.

- You have a 41-hour week and can work part-time or flexibly. For selected activities, you can regularly work from home.
