Your Tasks

• Competent advice to customers on smartphones, tariffs and accessories
• Reliable and solution-oriented handling of service and repair requests
• Ensuring a positive and individual shopping experience
• Organisation and coordination of processes in the store, including stock management, inventories and administrative tasks

Your Profile

• Completed training in retail or comparable experience, ideally in telecommunications or multimedia
• Passion for technology and modern communication solutions
• Friendly, customer-oriented manner and enjoyment of sales
• Reliable, committed and team-oriented
• Very good German skills; knowledge of English or other languages is an advantage
• Willingness to work at various locations with approx. 50% travel between Zurich and Aargau
