YOUR TASKS
Administration/Organisation:

• Independent organisation of daily business including patient appointment scheduling
• Telephone and patient reception
• Organisation and conduct of private and thyroid consultations as well as collaboration in the occupational health service (e.g. correspondence, documentation and patient management, case recording, report processing)
• Recording of services for outpatient and inpatient consultations
• Support of our doctors with outpatient/inpatient administrative tasks

• Performing basic medical examinations (venous blood sampling, ECG, vaccinations, vital signs monitoring)

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (several years of professional experience advantageous)
• Very good knowledge of German spelling and good spoken English skills
• Confident use of medical terminology and sound IT skills
• Organisational talent, teamwork, flexibility and a high sense of responsibility
