IT Technician N2 (m/f/d)

On behalf of our state client based in Fribourg, we are looking for an ICT Technician N2 (m/f/d) responsible for providing local IT support to users of a school establishment, as well as contributing to the renewal of the IT equipment and activities related to the start of the school year.
Your mission
- Handle incidents and service requests from users of the assigned school establishment, in compliance with ITIL processes.
- Provide level 2 local support interventions and ensure effective handling of user requests.
- Provide cover for another technician to maintain continuity of IT support.
- Carry out renewal, preparation, installation, and commissioning of workstations.
- Participate in technical activities and interventions necessary for the preparation of the school year.
Your profile
- Have proven experience in level 2 local IT support, ideally 3 to 5 years in an environment with many users.
- Master ITIL processes, especially Incident Management and Service Request Management, and must hold an ITIL certification.
- Have practical experience with a ticket management tool, with good knowledge of Jira.
- Be fluent in French and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, clear communication, and strong user orientation.
- Be autonomous, organised, and able to effectively manage priorities and on-site interventions in a school environment.
- Residence in Fribourg or surrounding areas.
