For one of our clients, a company active in trusts, we are looking for a Chief Operating Officer at 100%.

Your tasks with your new employer

• You manage a portfolio of wealthy international clients and ensure the overall monitoring of their fiduciary structures
• You supervise the daily administration of trusts, foundations, and companies operating in multiple jurisdictions
• You ensure compliance with the legal and regulatory obligations applicable to the managed structures
• You coordinate communications with banks, asset managers, and other external partners
• You are the main point of contact for clients as well as their advisors
• You prepare and monitor accounting, asset valuations, invoicing, and outstanding balances
• You guarantee compliance with AML/KYC requirements as well as Swiss and international regulations
• You participate in risk management in collaboration with the compliance team
• You supervise, train, and support a small team of trust officers
• You contribute to the development of client relationships and the identification of new business opportunities

You offer your new employer

• You hold a STEP certification and have more than 10 years of experience in fiduciary or international trust management
• You master complex trust and company structures in a multi-jurisdictional environment
• You have an excellent knowledge of the Swiss regulatory framework, notably FINMA, as well as CRS and FATCA standards
• You demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills in a demanding environment
• You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
• You possess excellent interpersonal and client communication skills
