The company is one of the leading consulting and auditing firms in Switzerland and supports national as well as international clients with comprehensive services in the areas of auditing, fiduciary, tax consulting, consulting, and corporate consulting. With high expertise, many years of experience, and a strong quality standard, it supports companies from various industries with financial, regulatory, and strategic challenges.
Responsibilities:
You lead demanding audit and consulting mandates for clients from the public sector as well as non-profit organisations.
You advise on accounting and financial reporting according to HRM, support in the preparation of financial statements, and assess business processes and internal control systems.
You take on a specialist leadership role and accompany junior auditors in their professional and practical development.
You actively contribute to the further development of internal tools, processes, and methods in auditing.
You support the acquisition of new clients and maintain your network with decision-makers in the public and related sectors.
Qualifications:
You are a certified auditor as well as an authorised audit expert and have experience with mandates from the public sector.
Knowledge of accounting and financial reporting of municipalities, cantons, or other public institutions is an advantage.
You convince as an authentic, communicative, and team-oriented personality with a strong customer focus.
You are digitally savvy and have a clear, concise manner of expression in very good German.
